Advantages of creating a storyboard is that it helps you see your own movie before you make it and make creative decisions early. Which allows you to save time. For example, it minimises standing around in set, minimise wasted shots, speed up editing and post. Also allows you to spot potential issues early. Help your cast and crew all see the same vision for the movie. It allows everyone to get involved.
Here we can see the first 4 scene of our thriller. In these scene Amani who is the victim is walking up the hut and notices blood. He fears that some has happened but he doesn't know what. He carries on walking to see the door open as he follows the blood, we walks into the living room and notices his sisters dead body cover in blood. He stares at her pale face with blood everywhere. As he is in shock he doesn't notice the antagonist appearing behind him. He is attacked by the antagonist and hit on the head with a wooden stick.
When Amani is hit on the head everything goes black with edits and soundtrack playing. He is in a dark room on the floor. When wakes up we see certain parts of his body moving. He opens his eyes and see his sisters ghost and tries to reach to her but he's too weak to move at all.
We have spent a lot of time with the group to think about each shot and what to include. We planed each scene to be 10 seconds long and in total we have 12 scene, we plan to add a lot more scene when filming. This storyboard will save us time when filming as we now know what scene to film and what scene we could include. Also the timing allowed us to see how many scene we could include in two minutes. All of the team now has the same vision.

Good illustration of your thriller by creating a detailed storyboard. You discuss well why it is important to storyboard before filming and editing.
